1. Scope of Services

Final Graphic provides professional in-house desktop publishing (DTP), document formatting, translation, interpreting, e-learning development, video post-production, transcription, captioning, EPUB 3.0 conversions, and accessibility compliance services.

All production operations are performed directly by our internal team. We do not outsource your project files or client-furnished assets to third-party vendors or freelance networks.

2. Project Requests & File Submission

Clients are required to submit complete, finalized source files, clear production timelines, detailed delivery requirements, and any active style guides or formatting specifications.

Final Graphic is not responsible for formatting, translation, or validation errors resulting from corrupted, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated client-furnished source files.

3. Quotes, Pricing, & Payment Terms

All project quotes are compiled based on client-provided files and specifications and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment terms are specified on your project estimate or invoice. For new clients, a deposit may be required before production begins. For established clients, standard payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. We accept standard payment methods as detailed on our billing invoices.

4. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Final Graphic prides itself on meeting tight timelines and keeping your schedules moving. We establish clear production schedules for every approved project.

However, our ability to meet delivery dates is contingent upon the client's prompt delivery of all necessary source files, reference assets, formatting feedback, and design approvals. Final Graphic is not liable for project delays caused by client response lags, file updates mid-production, or technical delivery issues beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Clients retain 100% ownership of all submitted source files and the final formatted, converted, or translated deliverables produced by Final Graphic.

Final Graphic agrees to keep all client-submitted materials, proprietary information, and working assets strictly confidential. Because your files are processed entirely in-house, your content is shielded from public exposure or unvetted third-party contractors.

6. Edits, Corrections, & Revisions

Any formatting, conversion, or translation errors caused directly by the production team at Final Graphic will be corrected promptly at no additional charge to the client.

Client-requested revisions, textual alterations, layout restructures, or source-file changes requested *after* the initial project specifications are approved or after the final files are signed off may incur additional hourly formatting or production fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Final Graphic operates under strict quality-assurance validation workflows. However, the client is responsible for reviewing and performing final approval on all deliverables before distributing or printing them.

Final Graphic's total liability for any claim, error, delay, or damage arising from our services is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or distribution costs).

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be settled in the proper administrative or legal courts of the State of Texas.
